The F.O.C.K. was a finalist in the 2024 National Sports & Physical Activity Convention Awards under the category of "Programs and Activities". 

While we didn't win the award in 2024 we were honoured to be a finalist for “Innovative programs, activities and events that have been developed to encourage the community to be more active and increase participation.”

That's exactly what we're about!

The F.O.C.K. was a finalist in the 2023 NSW Tourism Awards for the "Take 3 for the Sea Litter Prevention Award". This award reflects our dedication to sustainability and environmental responsibility, our leadership in promoting environmental excellence and exceptional visitor experiences, and for shaping a more sustainable future for tourism in NSW. 

(We didn't bring home Gold. We got our butts well and truly kicked by the amazing team from Sydney by Kayak. But we were of course delighted to see that it was a #paddling business that took home the gong!)

We were honoured to receive a small award at the NSW Tourism Awards for our 2022 event. The Groundswell Program by Take 3 for the Sea is about getting tourism operators to make a difference around litter in the places they conduct their tours (and festivals!). We'd like to say thank you to #take3 for taking a punt on our crazy event idea - and thanks for this commendation!
